It's a crazy time with a new normal coming at us from around every corner. In the middle of it all, many are experiencing higher stress levels, a change in daily routines, and out of the blue, a new skin concern or outbreak. 

We been receiving questions similar to this on a regular basis... 

"I'm not sure what happened, but all of a sudden my skin is changing, and I don't like what it's doing.

What can you recommend?"

Thank you for being here. It means that you're reaching for clean and healthy care products... good for you! If you're new to our brand, it's nice to meet you. I'm Lisa Brill, the Founder and CEO of Qēt Botanicals (pronounced "keet"). Before we were wearing masks every day, it would be flattering and unbelievable for me to hear, "Oh, you have beautiful skin, you don't know what it's like to have acne, (or Rosacea, or fill in the blank)." 

On the contrary, I do. I know exactly what it's like to feel like everyone is staring at your skin because of its condition. I cannot believe my ears when I hear a positive statement because yes, I do know what it's like to have cystic acne, Rosacea, hormonal acne, sensitive skin, and thyroid issues. My skin in years past was inflamed and my nose and chin became temporarily (thank goodness!) disfigured because of the amount of skin inflammation I had been experiencing on and off over the years. Wearing the mask can upset my Rosacea and sensitive skin again, but at least now I know how to take care of it.  

So, let's take a moment and pretend that you've walked into one of our Skin Studios and are asking a few questions about how to get started. Or... you've been a fan of ours for the past 7 years and you want to get a little inside scoop.
