YOUR SATISFACTION
Qēt stands behind our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return product that you purchased directly from Qēt, please contact Qēt by phone or by email through our website to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number for a refund or exchange.
You are responsible for the safe and insured product return, and Qēt will accept returns or exchanges within thirty (30) days of purchase with an issued Return Authorization Number. If you would like to return or exchange a product purchased from one of our resellers, please contact the reseller directly.
It is a company policy that when a tracked and delivered package is stolen or fraudulently received by someone other than the person on the order, it is against our company policy to refund that order. This is reviewed on a case by case basis, and we will determine if we are to ship a free replacement package to fulfill the order so the person on the purchase order can receive the order that was purchased. We may require a signature or an alternative address to ensure its safe receipt.
Once the replacement order is received, if a refund is requested, we will issue a return merchandise authorization number, and a return address label will be emailed to you for your convenience in returning the used or unused products.
Refunds will be issued in most cases in the same form as the original payment type. The original and/or return shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.

If you have an allergic reaction to any of Qēt, please discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider.
SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Orders ship directly from our private Skin Studio in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin within two to three business days. Orders shipping within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Domestic retail orders over U.S. Thirty Five Dollars ($35.00), before application of applicable sales tax, qualify for free shipping.
Qēt is not responsible for customs or additional taxes on international orders.
SALES TAX
Qēt, LLC is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to certain jurisdictions.
